Submitting Your Images

Send 5 photos of your art for consideration via a Google Drive or Dropbox link emailed to artonthetrail@northaven.org. Please put in the subject line of the email “AOTT- YOUR NAME”

Please ensure good quality images of your artwork that will show the work and avoid distracting backgrounds or people. Digital image submission of two-dimensional works should show the painted image only, not the mat or frame. Three-dimensional works should convey the form of the artwork with good lighting. Along with photos of your artwork, also send a photo of your booth setup. Photographs of your display set up should show the way artworks will be positioned within your booth.

Only JPEG or JPG format is permitted, with an image size of under 5 MB, and a minimum of 1,200 pixels on the longest side.

You will be notified of acceptance no later than June 30, 2023.
